Rule #1- We DO NOT guarantee that you'll like the music that you're buying.  
At the stores, we offer listening stations to sample what you haven't heard.  
If you're from out of town, know what you're buying ahead of time.

RECORDS
We simply guarantee that the record will play out - no skips or unplayable warps.  
We do not guarantee against surface noise (snaps, crackles, or pops).  
We will always do our best to describe the condition of our records to the best of our ability.

TAPES
We guarantee that our tapes are free from squeaking, squealing, being taped over, or being eaten.  
This includes videotapes.      SEE BELOW

CDs/DVDs
We guarantee that our CDs/DVDs will simply play out without skips or interruptions.  We cannot guarantee the recording quality of some discs, i.e. CDs made from old 78 recordings.  SEE BELOW

                                                       NOTICE

If anything needs to be returned, Recycled Records reserves the right to replace a returned item with a different copy of the same piece in similar condition or better (see Rule #1).  You may also put the credit toward something else if we can't replace it.  Refunds are available if we can't replace your item or offer you something else you might like.  Refunds are for mail order customers only.  You will be responsible for the postage of the returned item- if you're exchanging, we'll pay the return shipping to you.
